Activate/Archive Questionnaire Questions
1. Navigate to Admin.
2. Navigate to Location, select Veins Check-in and from the dropdown select Questionnaire.
3. From the Action Column select the Archive Button in the dropdown.
Question will be unavailable to assign to Visit Reasons4. From the Action Column select the Activate Button in the dropdown.
