Gather these items before starting

- Gather patient communication messages
      * Survey follow up, Fill out forms, etc 
These are templates which will be used for Patient Communication

      1. Navigate to Admin. 2. Navigate to Location, select Veins Tracker and from the dropdown select SMS Template. 3. From the Action Column select the Delete Button in the dropdown. Updates will be reflected immediately
